I thought this was an appropriate first post since it deals with two of my favorite things: sports and fashion.
On the court, Kobe is a goddamn assassin. His game is flawless--impeccable--it's so finely tuned that us mere mortals can only dream of being that masterful at anything.
Off the court Kobe succumbs to "keeping it G," meaning he's always rocking his custom made Gucci suits like 3x too fucking big. WTF, right? Like if you're going to wear a tailored Gucci suit, then shouldn't it fit you like it could ONLY fit you? Anyway, here's Kobe in a spectacularly-tailored matching Dolce & Gabbana suit, shirt, and tie on the cover of GQ. Yes the suit is nice, but the most impressive thing is the attention to detail: the pocket square, and his shirt collar, tie, and lapels are all perfectly in line.
And let's not forget the peak lapels, which may not seem like much, but they definitely give this outfit a subtle touch of 'Black Mamba' badassness.
