At the beginning of this year's baseball season I decided this was the year I would finally pick a team.

I mulled over a dozen teams, before coming to the realization that I absolutely could only choose the Giants.

Amazing city, beautiful ball park, great fans, and a lot of young talent.

Of course truthfully, I didn't think they'd win the division and be one game up in the playoffs, but it is pretty damn cool.

Here's to Tim Lincecum's gem tonight. CG, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 14 SO.
